Helpful Information For Your Away Spa Experience

The Spa Pre-Arrival Experience Form can be found on your confirmation e-mail via ‘Complete Form’. It is a required form to ensure you have no medical conditions or allergies that may affect or prevent you from being able to have your selected treatment. We are unable to perform any treatments without the completion of this form. The information provided will be shared only with your therapist and will remain on your file for 12 months, meaning you only need to complete this once a year. We request that you always make your therapist aware if there have been any changes in your medical history since your last visit.

Wear something comfortable and loose fitting, it’s best to feel comfortable and warm following your treatment. Bring gym attire and footwear for the gym, and a swimsuit for the steam and sauna. Your therapist can supply you with disposable underwear for treatments if required.

We recommend using the gym before any treatments. For sauna and steam facilities, we recommend using them before treatment to soften and warm the muscles for massage, and to open the pores for facials. It’s best to leave facial products on the skin following a facial for best results and to limit any excessive erythema.

We recommend arriving 20 minutes prior to your treatment start time. This allows for changing and your pre-treatment Elixir shot. If you are using the facilities beforehand we recommend arriving 1 hour 20 minutes before the start time of your treatment. Please note our opening hours as the first treatments of the day will require use of facilities following your treatment.
